This spacious accommodation of 100 square meters with underfloor and central heating, sleeps up to 6 people, comprising 2 double bedrooms and a twin room for flexibility. We also have a travel cot available on request.

​This apartment is accessed by a spiral staircase, please note this apartment is not suitable for those who are physically unable to climb stairs.

Accommodation ​Comprises:

• Open plan living room/kitchen - Extending the width of the apartment, from East to West, this room gives you plenty of space to relax and unwind after a busy day. A fully equipped, modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob gives you the freedom to make your own food. The kitchen also has an island unit with granite work surface. The living area with leather sofas, Wi-Fi, 50” flat screen television with Freeview, face the harbour and has views of the street below.​
• Bedroom 1 with Shower Room - This bedroom has been beautifully decorated and furnished with polished chrome bedstead, pillow top mattress and solid wood furniture. A double bed, bedside cabinets and wardrobe makes this an excellent and well equipped room. It benefits from the en-suite facility, with underfloor heating, shower and washbasin.
• Bedroom 2 - Fully furnished with solid wood furniture, housing two polished chrome single beds with pillow top mattresses, wardrobe and bedside cabinets.
• Bedroom 3 - Facing south and into the garden, this bedroom accommodation is again tastefully decorated and furnished with solid wood furniture. With a polished chrome double bed, pillow top mattress, wardrobe, bedside cabinets it has all you need for a short or long stay.
• Bathroom - A fully fitted bathroom with underfloor heating, bath, shower, washbasin and w.c. Tiled to roof height, this is an ideal room for a long soak in the tub after a busy day.
• Hallway​ - Leading in from the main entrance to the accommodation, a T-shaped hallway gives you a ​light and airy space. With solid oak floorboards and tastefully decorated walls, it leads into a beautiful apartment, which we hope you will enjoy and make good use of.
• Garden & Courtyard - Having been completely overhauled in the summer of 2015, we are delighted to present our private garden with patio set, grassed area, patio area and plenty of space to sit out and enjoy the summer. Please feel free to use the garden.
